Exchange / Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the product from your home to the online store are at your expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the seller. To exercise this right, you can contact us by email (parts@broekhuisautos.nl) or by phone (0546-441166). We will then refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving your return.

Exchange for Another Product

If you want to exchange your purchase for another product, Autobedrijf Broekhuis BV has the following procedure: Notify your return and exchange by email (parts@broekhuisautos.nl) or by phone (0546-441166). This speeds up the return process. In your email, please include your full name, invoice number, and the product. Please note that you must return the product to be exchanged complete and undamaged, if possible in the original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice. Additionally, we would like to receive a cover letter with the reason for the return and the product you would like to receive. You can drop off your return package, for example, at a PostNL agency. A confirmation email will keep you informed of the status of your return. Any price differences due to the exchange for a more expensive or cheaper product will, of course, be settled with you. If you are receiving money back, it will be refunded to your account. If the product is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange this.

No Exchange

If you have purchased a product that does not fit or you do not like, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. Notify your return by email (parts@broekhuisautos.nl) or by phone (0546-441166). This speeds up the return process. In your email, please include your full name, invoice number, and the product. Please note that you must return the order within 14 days, if possible in the original packaging, and include a copy of the invoice. We would also like to receive a cover letter and the reason for the return. You can drop off your return package, for example, at a PostNL agency. Once we have received your return package, it will be processed, and your money will be refunded to your account. You will be kept informed of the status of your return via email. Please note: The costs of returning from your home to the online store are at your expense. N.B. to dissolve the agreement, you can also use the legally prescribed withdrawal form (PDF).

Have Your Return Package Collected by PostNL

If you want to return a package to Autobedrijf Broekhuis BV but don't have time to drop it off at the post office, PostNL offers a collection service. The package will be collected from your home or workplace. The costs for a package up to 10 kilograms are €8.95. These costs are borne by the customer. For more information about this service.

Complaints

We recommend that you make your complaints known to us by emailing to parts@broekhuisautos.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation. Shipping & Delivery Time

Normally, the items you ordered will be shipped on the same day. We ensure that your order is properly packaged and shipped. Most packages are shipped by PostNL and HST Transmission, depending on the size and weight of the shipment.

Convenient Service

In addition to delivery to your home address (billing address), we can also have the package delivered to any desired address in the Netherlands (there may be delays for the Wadden Islands), so you can have your ordered goods delivered to your workplace, friends, or family and enjoy your new purchase sooner!

Track and Trace

Autobedrijf Broekhuis BV will send you a Track and Trace code via email, if provided by the carrier, so you can track your shipment to your doorstep.

No Stock

If an ordered item is not immediately available from stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery time.

Shipping Costs within the Netherlands (including 21% VAT)

Shipping costs are determined by the products in your shopping cart. Each product has shipping costs. If there are no prices or shipping costs listed for a product, this is available on request.

Right after the ordering process, you will automatically receive the choice of payment method. Bancontact - Mistercash

With Bancontact Mister Cash, you can confidently, safely, and easily pay for your online purchase. If approval is received before 4:30 PM, you will receive your products the next day. You can pay securely and simply with a credit card.

Online Banking and Manual Bank Transfer:

Upon receipt of your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email. When you pay with online banking or a manual transfer, please specify your order number in the payment and use the bank account number (see below) of Autobedrijf Broekhuis BV to make your payment.
